A 3% surcharge will be added to the full amount on American Express card or Diners Card Credit Card transactions to cover transaction fees. ACIRS reserves the right to change these additional costs in the case of any bank or other transaction fees being increased. All prices are exclusive of GST. Delivery costs, taxes and insurances are additional and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

A minimum order quantity of 2 samples (1 Hardgrove set may be purchased) applies to all international orders.  ACIRS are unable to accept international returns.

Purchase Orders may be used, however, full payment must be received for all international customers and new Australian customers prior to product dispatch.

Should the purchaser elect to make their own shipping arrangements (at their own cost), all completed paperwork, including Air Waybill is to be forwarded to ACIRS at acpsnational@acps.com.au
Certificate of Origin and/or Insurance can be provided upon request at time of quoting at an additional cost.

Except as permitted under statute, the liability of ACIRS under any legal theory (including indemnity, by statute, in tort (for negligence or otherwise), consequential loss, or any other basis in law or equity) is limited to replacement or refund of the purchase price of the product at the sole discretion of ACIRS.

Consequential Loss means loss of use, data, production, profit, revenue, business, contract or anticipated saving, damage to goodwill, reputation or share price, loss of customer or contract, financing costs or increase in operating costs or any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage.

No liability will be accepted if the product has been lost or damaged (including in transit), contaminated or otherwise modified.
ACIRS endeavours to provide a high-quality service to its members at all times and it is important to bear in mind that all ACIRS committee members serve on a voluntary basis with no monetary gain.

By purchasing from this website, or directly through the Australian Coal Preparation Society, the purchaser accepts the above terms and conditions.
